Labor law represents that branch of the legal system that regulates the scope of labor relations between employee and employer, respectively the relations established on the occasion of the conclusion, execution, modification and termination of the individual labor contract concluded between the two parties.

- Realizing or contesting an individual or collective dismissal

In the pre-litigation phase
The cabinet drafts requests, notifications, addresses, points of view, decisions or individual or collective work contracts in the interest of the client. Provides consultancy to the client with a view to amicable resolution of a dispute resulting from a legal employment relationship and with a view to initiating an action before the competent court. Represents the client in negotiations with the opposite party, in the disciplinary procedure or in front of a competent public authority or institution in the labor field
In the litigious phase
The office drafts summons requests, appearances, counterclaims, addresses, written conclusions and objections in the interest of the client and forwards them to the competent court. Represents the client and defends his case before the competent courts, of any degree, both on the merits of the case and in ordinary or extraordinary appeals.
